The work our team performed under this effort includes the replacement of HVAC 2-system 20-ton HVAC Air Conditioning Unit (ACU) and (1) 8-ton HVAC ACU. This work encompasses delivery and installation of the new units, as well as removal and replacement of the existing HVAC System. Our team submitted 90% drawings and phasing plan for review and replacement to minimize downtime of HVAC. We also made sure that newly installed units had corrosion coatings and rigid galvanized piping external coverings to seal tight flexible conduit. Our team also upgraded the existing Tridium Niagara AX Framework-based Direct Digital Control (DDC) System products with Kele sensors running on windows 10 systems and completed duct cleaning. coating of all insulated trunk lines, supply and returns, with I.A.Q.A. 8000 anti-microbial protective coating. Additionally, our team cleaned all supply plenums and return registers as well as sanitize them with Fosters 40/80 anti-bacterial disinfectant.
