Director of Executive Office Operations
Bonnie Aguilar possesses profound expertise in project and contract management, making her an exemplary Contracts Manager and Kimberly’s right hand. Her extensive experience shines in overseeing and managing programs in matrixed environments, where she acts as the nexus between Project Managers, clients, and contracts officers, ensuring seamless and successful handling of all administrative contract issues.
Known for her leadership skills, Bonnie plays a crucial role in training and mentoring junior staff. MBA – Director of Portfolio Operations
Kristopher Milon, MBA, brings a wealth of operational and program management expertise to Fillmore Contracts LLC. Before joining Fillmore, Kristopher held key leadership roles, including Manager of Operations at Envision, where he optimized project delivery processes, supervised procurement teams, and implemented risk management strategies. His tenure as Senior Operations Program Manager at Communications Test Design Inc. saw him overseeing 12 branch operations across the U.S., managing quality, safety, production, and financial metrics. Additionally, he has experience in project analysis and procurement from his time at Vankirk Electric, where he negotiated labor deals, managed costs, and advised on contractual agreements.
In his new role as Director of Portfolio Operations at Fillmore Contracts LLC, Kristopher will oversee the management and execution of high-profile federal projects, guiding teams toward operational excellence, financial optimization, and efficient project delivery. His leadership will focus on developing key performance indicators, streamlining processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, while driving the company’s strategic goals.

Gessan Bohanon is a seasoned construction professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Starting his career in various renowned firms, he quickly rose through the ranks due to his hands-on approach and keen attention to detail. Currently, Gessan brings his extensive expertise to Fillmore, where he oversees complex projects and ensures they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Blake Lang

Site Project Manager / Quality Control Manager / Site Safety and Health Officer
Blake Lang has over a decade of experience in various roles within the construction and related industries, showcasing his capability in project management and execution across multiple projects. His background includes responsibilities such as quality control and assurance, site inspections, and managing project tasks and personnel.
Mr. Lang meets the qualifications for the Program/Project Manager position, having more than ten years of experience managing construction projects. His extensive background ensures he can oversee project execution, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Additionally, his certifications, including the Peace Officer Basic Training Program, CPR/First Aid, AED, ACI, and OSHA 10, further establish his preparedness and commitment to safety and quality standards. His educational background in Criminal Justice from Stark State College complements his technical skills with strong organizational and leadership abilities.
