Before joining Fillmore, Kristopher held key leadership roles, including Manager of Operations at Envision, where he optimized project delivery processes, supervised procurement teams, and implemented risk management strategies. His tenure as Senior Operations Program Manager at Communications Test Design Inc. saw him overseeing 12 branch operations across the U.S., managing quality, safety, production, and financial metrics. Additionally, he has experience in project analysis and procurement from his time at Vankirk Electric, where he negotiated labor deals, managed costs, and advised on contractual agreements.
In his new role as Director of Portfolio Operations at Fillmore Contracts LLC, Kristopher will oversee the management and execution of high-profile federal projects, guiding teams toward operational excellence, financial optimization, and efficient project delivery.
